Yeah read online and some YT vids that Xenoblade was re-released a while back and sold new for suggested retail of 19.99 I believe.
EB/GS opened all copies so they could sell as used and set their own price.
How did you get it so cheap when it's listed as 69.99 used?? Or was it the 40 + the trade in amount of 42.00
Anyways I refuse to buy it from them due to that shady practice.

Yeah, I used the credit from Killzone towards it. There's no way I was going to pay $70 for a "used copy". It sucks that it was retailer exclusive to Gamestop. Hopefully, Nintendo never does that again.

Operation 005 boss fight in The Wonderful 101 was an awesome nod to a Nintendo classic.

Between W101, Bayonetta, Vanquish, and MGR, I really love the style of action games Platinum Games makes. They're really unlike anything anybody else is doing anymore, and are all very distinct, but still have that Platinum DNA of being challenging, having a learning curve, and being first and foremost mechanics driven.

Took me a few days but I picked up the Mario & Luigi bundle...3D World and Wind Waker HD.

Will definitely be picking up NES Remix and Dr. Luigi...I'm set. PS4 might collect some dust for a while lol.

Also my refurb Wii Motion Plus remote and nunchuk arrived today from Nintendo...can't tell the difference between it and a new one.

At $20 for both that's a helluva deal.

Yes it does. Man, Nintendo puts these games out for 20-plus years and always manages to find a way to make them compelling enough to buy.

I just wish the Wii U had a sports library like the GameCube. It is hard for me to justify a Wii U and 3DS as currently presented. If the Wii U had EA and 2K support, I'd be all over this console.

Just purchased the Wii Sports Club Golf game for my 5-year old and I to play. Played 3 holes with him tonight. Quite fun.

You place the gamepad on the floor for the ball, and then press B to set your club. Now, it seems as if the slice or hook is determined by your wrist, because if you twist the Wiimote before hitting (during practice swings or just setting up), you see the power meter twist and turn. It doesn't seem to be as random (if at all) if you overpower your shot.

Once again, looks tough to master. Looking forward to jumping online with this soon. Next sport purchase will be Tennis.

Yes, play EarthBound. It's brimming with personality, well written and witty dialogue, amazing soundtrack, and unforgettable journey and final boss/sequence. It's without a doubt one of the most original RPGs ever; a true classic.

I bought it when I got a Wii U and will replay at some point (which will be my 3rd time playing it). I envy those that get to experience it for the first time.

Also Earthbound, its one of the best games IMO

As far as the VC stuff...Only those VC titles that get the gamepad update can...use the gamepad.

If you own a VC title and they upgrade it to use the Gamepad you get the updated version for a couple dollars.

So basically in the description it should tell you if they can use GP or not.
