That's a Vita bug and it's definitely annoying.

Interesting. Mine is at the top. On both the PS3 and Vita.

And yes, hopefully soon the PS3 will display Vita trophies and when someone is playing a Vita game, like the Vita does for the PS3.

As Brett said, it's an issue between the PS3 and the Vita. When you sign in on the Vita, your name drops to the bottom for anyone viewing it on their PS3 friends list.
