Re: Playstation Network and Discussion - The New Beginning

So I love my PS3s and all, but Sony's ****ing updates suck. Since updating to 4.30, my trophies will no longer sync with the server on the PS3 in the bedroom. And yes, I've already tried offline mode.

Just cool it with the damn updates and give us less frequent bigger ones that have been tested and don't require their own updates to work properly.Comment

I'm trying out the PSN Day One Digital thing today with NFS Most Wanted. It would be nice if it automatically downloaded for me when available, but I don't think the auto update on the PS3 will see it until my scheduled auto-update time which is like 5 am or something.

I had bought LBP vita and a PSN game off the store this month, so I did the NFS preorder for $54 because it would put me over $100 so I can get the $20 credit.

Re: Playstation Network and Discussion - The New Beginning

Does anyone know how to get the PS3 controller to stop charging when it's plugged into a USB?

Or does charging the controller constantly, not impact the battery? Cause I wanna use my PS3 controller on my computer, but the only way to do so, is to plug it in using the USB, but whenever I do that, it also charges the controller(which I don't want to have happen)Comment

I think once the battery is full, it stops charging. Or at least the indicator lights stop blinking.Does anyone know how to get the PS3 controller to stop charging when it's plugged into a USB?

I have three controllers and keep one plugged in all the time so I always have a fully charged controller. One of the controllers is the one I got with my original PS3 system, and it still holds a halfway decent charge, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.Ryan Spencer

If you don't have bluetooth built in, get a USB adapter so you can use it wirelessly. I bought this one and it's been flawless thus far:I think once the battery is full, it stops charging. Or at least the indicator lights stop blinking.
