That is correct, just buy the codes from Amazon.co.uk and so forth so they work on the UK account...codes are different.

Machinarium is a fun little puzzle game I think is perfectly fit for Vita play.

If I grab plus for EU, can I play those titles fine w/ my US account? Wife just bought NFS:MW for the cost of 3 mo. of PSN+. Could have her cancel it and just download it if that's the case.

To be more explicit, can i download stuff and then never have to log into it again?

Not sure how it works with PSN+ DRM, but everything else you can. I'll test it real quick, but it should work fine.

Edit: Looks like it should work just fine, as long as the account is tied to your PS3 then you can play the games on another account (until the 3 month or however long you are buying runs out, then I would think you'd need to log back in to let the games re-up the license (though it may do that without logging in, not sure).
