I really want to know, what specifically is cumbersome or not well thought out? No offense taken or meant, you seem to just want to stir the pot with vague problems rather than what specifically your problem is. I thought snapping was really cumbersome at one point for example, before I found out double pressing the Xbox button swapped focus between that and the main window.

This is the XBO thread afterall, not the pros/cons of both thread.

Well to be honest with you I had to google search to find out how to set up accounts for my son and daughter and get them to where they could actually accept friend requests, which are buried in the menu. Finding demos in the App Store was a chore, until someone on the boards said they typed in demos in the search bar and found one. Getting to your friends, initially was a chore to find out. Is there anywhere to find out how much HD space is left? I still haven't found that. Viewing players that you recently played with/against I still haven't found either. After going through the menus for a while I also have not found how to see the battery life on my controller. There are more issues that I had/have but I won't name them all as you'll also have your own opinion, and this will turn into an even longer diatribe.

I get that it's an xboxone thread, but I simply responded to a running commentary on PS4 and XBOXone in this thread from post 8813 through 8846. Lol. So maybe if you would have read those posts you would see that I'm not trolling/stirring the pot.

But as I said that is my opinion of the system as of now, take it for what it is...... My opinion.

That's because it is easy to navigate. If it's hard for someone, that's because that someone probably isn't very bright.

Is the X1 controller about the same as the 360 as far as lengths before charges?
That's the main (and probably only) issue I have with the PS4.
Not a huge issue as I always have one on charging station but just curious.

But we're curious what is cumbersome to you. It's incredibly easy to use. I'm genuinely curious what is hard for you to do on the menu system.

My issue as well, I wish that the PS4 controller was like XBOX where you can put normal AA batteries in it. My AA's in my 360 used to last a couple months, so I'm hoping the same will hold true for the ONE.

No. I won't call him stupid. Like I have said,. if he wants to come to the XB1 thread and discuss the XB1, and say he felt the menu was hard to navigate, I'm honestly curious as to what is hard. It's not a question to try and belittle him, and I'm object to it being interpreted that way.

Also, Rawdog, I never meant for that comment, "You may not be bright" to be aimed at you. When I was quoting KG in that post, I had no idea who he was referring to. I didn't read back in the thread. I thought it was generic statement.

I just saw it. And they are legit points. I agree with a few of them.

I just came back to the forums and I'm now forced to defend myself as I'm getting PM's from people telling me I'll be banned for insulting you. That was never my intention, and it was not aimed at you. (That particular comment)

LOL not laughing at you, but just when I was looking at the PS4 vs Xbox One the counter was a PS4 argument. Meaning that you had to pay for the Play and Charge on One, whereas PS4 gave you the battery in the controller all ready.

I also agree though, hope the AAs last for a while. I'll probably get a charger at some point, but rather not rush to get it. I also have some rechargeable AAs I can just rotate in.

Comes with 2 AA's like the 360 did. Haven't seen any reviews of the battery packs (or sought them out really) from 1st/3rd parties, and if the new rumble meaningfully affects the battery life.
