I took some time today to browse the "games" section of xbox live and it seems they are now offering many games at reasonable prices. In looking around, and browsing various things, I saw small things being implemented that I believe will become bigger things in their next console.

I really think we will see something along the lines of Steam on xbox live, where everything is well organized and obtainable. My hard drive is tiny, so I can't download games, but there were several older games that I gave a second look to. Then you have all the indie games, arcade games etc. I just think the natural thing for MS is to create that environment where everything is there and easy to get. I see this as being a big part of the gaming side of their next system.

I don't know about anyone else, but, "always on", and "needing the mic/camera Kinect plugged in to work" is kinda creepy.
