Anyone ever use something like this? Currently our soundbar sits on the top of the cabinet thing below, but our son kinda messes with it sometimes (he can reach it now).

Thinking of just hanging it off the tv and calling it a day

I'm going to hang my Bose sound bar under my tv. I have read that it improves the sound. I don't know if it's true, but I like the look of it mounted under the screen.

It looks different now. We have trim around it. We are more than happy with it. Super easy to install too.

I had to join in. Millennium will roast me for this, however here is what I have going on.

I want to put the horizontal reclaimed wood behind the tv with recessed lighting. I love the worn look of weathered wood. I also want to reprint the den. Mike Holmes choose the color and it is okay, but not what I want.

That's a huge step up. Very nice.

I would paint those two shelves black to match your center unit. That would look amazing. That is just my opinion.

Also, the wall? Is that a paneling, wall paper, or woods slats? I want to do horizontal reclaimed wood behind my tv and add lighting like SLAB has.

This setup is just temporary. I had a feeling a year ago that I was gonna be going back to Ohio so I didn't put much effort into my den. But now that a return is a don't deal. I'm looking to go all out and take my time and plan out what I want. ODogg I will be stealing the light setup that's for sure. Lol
