Re: Xbox One
Yea it does have good reviews, the picture IMO is pretty good out of the box doesn't really need much tweeking at least to my liking it's got a good amount of pre set options that help out too, my previous monitor was a BenQ 24" TN monitor which isn't a bad monitor in itself but the colors are great on this thing and it still has a great response time of 4 or 5 ms which is still really good for FPS and racing games

Re: Xbox One
So went ahead and picked up Forza Horizon 2 today and hooked already it's a pretty good game, I know I'm late to the party but just recently picked up a XB1 couple days ago. The game looks amazing too on the new 4K monitor I picked up to go along with my upgraded PC and now XB1 (already had/have a PS4), now the debate comes down to if I want to trade in some things I have laying around collecting dust (looking at you WiiU) and this XB1 to jump up to the slim for virtually no cost out of pocket after trades, to me the decision is almost a no brainier now that I pulled the trigger on the upgraded 4K monitor. Any opinions would be much appreciated, if I do take the jump most likely pick up the Madden bundle near end of August that looks like a pretty good deal all things considered.

Re: Xbox One
Pre orders download right away, right? Like, day Madden. Of course, assuming console is instant on

Re: Xbox One
Since I haven't seen anyone mention it, here's something my friend just told me a few hours ago that I didn't know - there's two different versions of HDR. Dolby Vision and HDR10. Xbox One Slim supports HDR10 but does not support Dolby Vision. Also, make sure that the TV you own (or plan on buying) supports what you want/need.Comment

Dolby Vision is like Nvidia G-Sync, it requires dedicated hardware, so additional cost to the manufacturer of both the players and TVs.
Vizio is the only company I'm aware of that is going to release a firmware update of some kind that will let their P-series TVs support both formats (out of the box they support the Dolby standard)Comment

Re: Xbox One
Yeah, my friend is the tech geek guy. LOL. He stays current on all that stuff. I didn't even know what HDR was until a few months ago when he told me. Then earlier he tells me that there's two different versions and im like, whatever dude. LOL.Comment
