Re: Xbox One
Stadia has a mountain of other problems of its own, but xCloud might be the biggest problem.
Since posting that I've played Madden from the cloud and a couple games of Baseball (from my console) with virtually no impact to the game experience - on wifi from a friend's house. This is pretty great.
I don't see how Stadia competes when this is part of Game Pass.

You were playing Baseball on his wifi streaming from your house? I wonder how bad the data usage will be? I bet doing all this in the house will improve the local streaming (even on ethernet I've run into random bad connections on PC)Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Fellas I always try to give a little something back to OS when I can. Been a member here since 7/6/05 and OS has given me countless hours of enjoyment so in return here is a couple codes for anyone who inputs them first. Just post that you used them so others won’t waste time.

1 month of EA Access
Enjoy!!!

Re: Xbox One
Yesterday was the first time in months that I played XBOX ONE X and PS4 PRo at my cousin's house.
What a disaster it is to go from playing at 144fps to 165fps and play God of War and Uncharted at 30fps or COD at sub 60fps with screen tearing.
I literally fell ill because of the judder.Comment

The screen tearing goes away if you play on a display with VRR. As far as 60 vs 120frame rate that’s overblown. For FPS faster frame rates makes a difference but not night and day. In sports sports games 60fps is more than adequate.

And I dont do 120fps I do 144 to 165 and no sports game on any console does lock 60fps. NONEComment

Phil Spencer
@XboxP3
And it’s started….this week I brought my Project Scarlett console home and it's become my primary console, playing my games, connecting to the community and yes, using my Elite Series 2 controller, having a blast. Great work by the team, 2020 is going to be an incredible year.Comment
