Grey Goo free to play this weekend, by some of the guys who made the old command and conquer games. Will probably get my $20 to keep it.

I have a question about the steam link, I heard it supports wireless controllers, is this true? I was going to buy the Xbox one adapter but wont if I dont need to. I also want to be able to plug my headphones into my controller so i can get audio through my controller.

I stayed away from that game because of a couple of bad reviews. Liking it?

Loving it. Time flies when playing. Building, managing, trading and surviving solar flare, sand storms, meteor strikes. Pretty awesome.

There was a snafu with the new Steam hardware and macs. They sent out a long apology that concludes with:

We want to apologize for the delays in providing full functionality for the Mac platform. We're doing everything we can to resolve the issues. For the latest fixes and functionality, we recommend that you opt in to the Steam client beta.

We've added the Valve Complete Pack to your Steam account as a gift from Valve. This will give you all of Valve's games (past, present and future) free of charge. You can still choose to refund your Steam Controller and/or Steam Link (refund instructions below), but the Valve games are yours to keep.

Re: OS Steam and Computer Gaming Thread

So I went to the MSFT store this morning to pick up the Xbox One PC wireless adapter after having called the store and they told me they had them in stock. I go to get wrung up for one and the adapter is not in their system. The manager tries to look it up in the system, it's not in the inventory to sell. She proceeds to tell me it releases tomorrow in the store. I show her the web site that it has been released since yesterday. She tells me to come back tomorrow. I was persistent since I don't live close to the store, I am not going to make another trip out. She ended up taking another item off the shelf that is $24.99 after approval from her manager and then just put the notes in my receipt for the actual adapter in case I run into any issue during the 30 day return policy. What a real PITA.

                  Codemasters weekend sale on Steam:
Steam is the ultimate destination for playing, discussing, and creating games.

Most of them are all their racing games. But I think I will buy the Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising & Red River combo pack for $3.99. Loved both of those games for the 360.

I just built a HTPC over the weekend in the Corsair 250D. This case is so small but you can cram so much in it. Including a full size PSU and GPU. I'm also using the H100i as the cooling solution.

It fits more than comfortably in my entertainment center. This pretty much makes my PS4 hooked up to the same TV an exclusive and sports gaming machine.

That's almost the exact setup I have. And like you, my PS4 is for FIFA only.

Love the 250D. It's the case I'm currently using for my HTPC.

Finally got to try steam link and I love it. The sound is really low though....

Anybody know how to get rid of the mouse cursor? When streaming skylines the mouse cursor from the main PC is right in the middle and conflicts with the steam controller.

I'm going to try and figure out the low sound issue.

The mounting of the H100i was tougher than I thought it was going to be. I had to remove the 5 1/2 bay drive and have the hoses come out the front.

The MSI board I used has the 24-pin and SATA power right next to the radiator, so those cables are running over the board instead of neatly water falling under it.

It was a very fun and easy build. But I should have been more aware of the cable layout on the motherboard.
