My PS4 just ejected my Fifa 15 disc when i was playing it, and now i can't get the disc on the drive anymore.



Tried shutting down and restarting the system, but it didn't work.



Any suggestions?



Edit: Just solved the problem by restarting the console in safe mode.

Anyone try Hardware: Rivals Beta yet? Lots of weapons and had a fun time with it. Will play again. And the air strikes!?! Get down below fast.

I obviously didn't give this enough time, but my short impressions so far are not super positive. Just a poor man's Twisted Metal, really. Lacking any sort of real personality. There are slidey driving controls, through powerslides actually helps remedy that (this is worst though when you're trying to go from driving backwards to forwards). There is no way to reload your regular machine gun unless you actually empty to current clip. Re-spawning takes forever. Besides power-up health bars, defense mechanisms are few and far between. I mean again, I put so little time into it, but it didn't make me want to play it more even after doing all of the tutorials.

The only good news is that although Remote Play initially leaves you with an impossible control scheme if you want to drive, aim and shoot at the same time (unless you use the Push N' Go control scheme), if you do enough button customization on the Vita itself, you can map the throttle and primary weapon to the triggers. Otherwise, it would have been impossible.

Online play had so many room joining issues that people stopped playing. It was sad. Then story mode was limited to either being Sweet Tooth or Mr. Grimm I believe (maybe one more character).

Compared to the other games, it made some right choices gameplay-wise, but it was a larger battle arena than the first two ones were. I think it was a great game. Subpar graphics and not really the big leap that you'd hope a franchise like this could have made, but ooooh it was fun.

The problem though, again, is that nobody will be online. Literally, not a soul. When online worked, it was endless fun and mayhem. If everyone was told to go on right now and it worked without a hassle, you'd be getting every cent out of that free game that you wanted! Haha.

There is co-op multiplayer in story mode as well, if I recall correctly. That was fun to do with my friend. I think you could also do four-player action... maybe not.

Thanks! I imagine the online portion of the game is as dead as Motorstorm Apocalypse, but i would really play the single player mode only.



It's a download of almost 20 GB, so it may take a while for me to play it.



Anyone interested in the new Transformers game? It looks awesome, it's like the 80's cartoon in playable form.

Learned that Update 3.10 is ready when you turn PS4 on today.....

PS4 update 3.10 lets gamers follow “verified accounts” of game studios and developers, which allows you to keep track of their activities in the “What’s New” section of the PS4 dashboard. New stickers have been added to the PS4 messaging app as well.

I mentioned this in the game's thread, but Tales of Zestiria is the first PS4 title where ALL share button functionality has been disabled by the developer opt-out. No screenshots, videos, or streaming of the game using the internal PS4 share button functions work.

Hope it doesn't start a trend. The thing is that it makes no sense because the game is also on PC where media can't be controlled.

I may be thinking about it from just one side of the fence, but why wouldn't someone want others to show off their game ? There are a few games I purchased that I never would have given a chance if I didn't see screenshots it short clips shared by OSers.

It's an RPG, so I guess they worried about the story being spoiled I guess. Lord knows Assassin's Creed Syndicate is being spoiled all over Twitch and Youtube from people who got the game early.

Wish PSN would copy the embedded streaming shortcuts that Live has. That's made/prevented a number of impulse purchases.

Maybe they'll link to these verified accounts from the store pages.
