Funny you say that someone on Xbox forum just said the X was on Walmart for $300 something. Wonder if these are errors or just trying to push out the products

Yea you have to look in the Xbox Thread it was location specific. Trust me I checked my local Walmart (via website) immediately. I believe some Walmart in NJ.

Yeah I don’t believe anyone got an X for 200 other than a cashier severely messing up. Looks like they were using a stock checking site and those usually are not accurate. Probably had a sku messed up.

I just went to the site and added the $274.85 item to my cart, and it only has shipping options. It says "pickup not available." It doesn't even know my location at this time.

I do not see this deal shown anywhere else on the Internet either, not even CAG is referring to it as far as I know.

If you can screencap for me exactly what I should be looking at/for, I would be indebted to you.

Thanks. Sadly as I was looking at store options (and best I only saw was $179), it removed the item from my cart into my saved items saying that it's now out of stock. Maybe it's just for the new zip code I had just entered, but I don't think I'll be seeing any $99 prices.

Much appreciated though.

EDIT: Yeah, it moved out of stock when I switched zip codes, but switching back to that other zip code showed it available again, though at $179 of course.

EDIT: Going through the Slickdeals comments, the only reported place it had for $99 was in Beaumont, Texas (77707). It is now $179 there as well. Sounds like a good deal, but I don't know if I'm all the way in for VR.

Ended up upgrading my launch PS4 to the Pro. Was really close to buying an X, but familiarity + better games won out for me. Games look awesome on my new TV too!

On the X deal, it wasn't a stock checker website, it was walmart.com showing the store price. I happened to have got one after price match with my CC
