Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I just got an e-mail from Playstation indicating I played 303 hours in 2017. That's more than 12 days! (89 hours on Horizon topped the game list)
I earned 116 trophies in 2017 so it was all worth it. LOL!
I assume other people are getting these e-mails today. I'm curious about other people's numbers.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
343 hours for myself...and this was a non-gaming year for me...haha.
68 hours in August was my most in a month.
The Show took the cake with 148 hours played.
WWE 2K18 and Horizon shared second place with 57 hours a piece.

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Yeah its odd I have never gotten one of those either and some times best buy sends out like $10 credit you can use and I have never gotten one of those random ones either. I wish ps4 just kept track of how much you have played each game like switch does. Even though its in hours of 5 so like 5 hours + 10 hours + etc I love that switch does keep track of that.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
This is going to cause me to do two things I said I wouldn't:
1) Buy something from Gamestop
2) Buy a PS4 Pro while I have a working PS4, thus meaning I'll be buying a new TV.Attached FilesLast edited by countryboy; 01-17-2018, 10:45 AM.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
293 hours played for me in 2017, with MLB The Show 17 in the top spot with 80 hours. Horion was No. 2 with 49 hours and NHL 17 was No. 3 with 33 hours. I'm really surprised by that last one.Currently Playing:

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Was just a matter of time I guess. Here's your first PS4 wireless controller resembling the Xboxone's controller to hit the market called the Onyx.
Like almost all of Sony’s licensed PS4 controllers, the Hori Onyx is only available in Europe, however, with no US release plans yet announced. If history is anything to go by, you’ll probably be able to import one soon, but expect to pay a premium on top of the as-yet unannounced price.

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
As long as that's not where they go first-party or as long as the DS option is still available in future iterations, then fine. Never been a fan of the Xbox controllers. Nice trigger feel, but for me that's where the positives end.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I really want a pro controller on the PS4. I’ve tried the Nacon 1, Razer Raiju and strike pack. Strike pack is best but don’t like where extra triggers are located. Thinking about ordering a scuff.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Can anyone who's had both the OG PS4 and the Pro comment on the graphial gap between the two on a 4k TV in your experience?
I'm planning on trading in my Xbox and some games towards one or the other. Put on the fence on whether or not I want to spend the additional 100 on the pro. in my 4K viewing experience it seems that HDR is more important than the 4K. And now the slim has HDR as well.
I should note I have a 4k HDR capable set and already have one slim but my son has taken that system over lol.
