PS4's download speeds are ridiculously quick. The NBA Live 14 demo is only 3 gigs, but it hardly took any time at all.

Yeah I bought flower last night (had to try it) and it was like, seconds before I was playing. So nice.

I might not be trading BF4 in after all, I was able to get into some Dom matches and, while I suck hard, it was pretty damn fun...

Let us know how the game is. Reviews aren't looking too great, but I'm looking forward to trying it out.

On the flip side from a developer's PoV, it must be tough to bust your *** on a game for months and then everyone says it sucks when it comes out. Lol!

Ok. I'm still wrestling which game on the PS4 I should get, NBA 2k or Madden. I want a game that looks good on the PS4 but at the same time I want it to be a game I'll play since it is my only PS4 game for a bit.

I was leaning towards NBA because it is suppose to look so nice and you get the next-gen feel from it. Problem is, I don't follow the NBA. Unless they've been in the league for 10 years or so, I don't know who they are really. But I did get the game a couple years ago and really enjoyed the MyPlayer mode, so that has me on the fence for NBA. But at the same time, because of my lack of enthusiasm for the NBA, I know I won't ever complete even one season of MyPlayer unless I sim a bunch of games.

On the other hand, I am a NFL fan and that makes me want to play Madden. Problem here is that I hear all that negative junk on the game. I think I'd get more play time from Madden if it is a good game, but I want that next-gen experience.

I didn't get either game's current gen version, so both would be new games for me this year. What do you think?

Get NBA 2K. I am a football guy and while I love the additions to game play, at its core this is a current generation port. Madden 15 goes gold in 7 months. If you are only getting one game madden shouldn't be.

That isn't ment to disparage the game. I love the changes to line play, and pass defense. I have both games and like them both. But if I had to pick one. NBA feels like "next-gen" more than madden.

My impressions aren't that great. The game is pretty garbage. I don't know if EA Sports just doesn't have the talent to make a great basketball game or what, but this definitely isn't the one.

There is a BF4 patch coming out next week to help with some of the issues as well. That was a message that popped up when I loaded the game yesterday.

Someone told me much earlier in this thread that Target will take back an unopened game without a receipt for another new game one time per year. They said they write down your drivers license number when you exchange it.

Walmart does the same, but they allow 5 returns a year without a receipt.

I don't know if they plan on making a section specifically for demos, but if you click on the full game the demo will be listed if it's available.

Is there no way to import it from another country in Europe without it being stupid expensive? I'd consider paying 25% more to get it early.

I can go to Slovenia or Austria (neighboring countries) and get it earlier but I'd have to pay quite a bit at the customs to import it.

The biggest problem is, I preordered it here and got it at a 30% discount and already payed half. They never told us we wouldn't get it until January, they ensured us that the consoles would be here on Dec 1st at the latest.

It sucks but at least I'll save more money in the meantime and buy every single game out there when my console arrives.

Got everything set up before I went to work this morning... Think I'm gonna play some Madden & Ghosts tonight! Can't wait!
