I'd need cheaper, unless they have some sort of cool feature that counters the tv type stuff.

I do think Xbox One is too expensive though, so very interested in where PS4 comes in price wise.

It will be cheaper, even if it's just $50. I truly believe it will be $399 though.

They learned their lesson the hard way last gen. Microsoft needs to learn their lessons the hard way as well this gen.

We say Sony learned their lesson, but they came an launched the Vita at $250.

It's not going to be any less than 499. M$ wouldn't let their console go 100 cheaper to Sony.

Yeah...I need to let it settle a bit, but $499 is crazy.

Just like how Sony got owned on the PS3 for a while because it was so expensive....you're absolutely right.

I still like the Xbox One's features, and can deal with the other shortcomings, but if you add in a high price it becomes too much.

Sony can hit a home run if they offer awesome PSN stuff, cool games, maybe some dashboard stuff (to compete with MS entertainment stuff) and a lower price. They will kill.

I'm guessing the cheapest would be $499 then. That $599 one wouldn't ever sell.

What would be different with it? The HDD, and what else? The 3G Vita had trouble selling, so I'm guessing they wouldn't have a $200 different between console types.

i could see 399,499 and 599

with the 399 being bare bones
