I didn't preorder the launch edition because it wasn't up last night. Now it's sold out.

Any idea on how long I'm gonna have to wait until after launch to get my console?

Was not my intentions at all. Sorry if that's how it comes across. Seems to be a bunch of different stuff. Launch you are good, yellow bar you're good. I don't know.

Hes hardly being insensitive or attempting to rub anything in, going a bit far telling him to "stay classy" like hes somehow offending people.

I ordered mine 30 seconds after it became available on Amazon last night. I had a mini heart attack when there was two different editions. But I had it confirmed that mine will be here launch day.

I really hope there won't be a shortage of consoles like last gen. Unless something changes, I plan on picking up the PS4 in early February when we get taxes back. I'm hoping I won't have a problem finding a console by then.

Any word on a potential supply shortage, or is it far too early to know?

It's all good, but to me and I'm sure others it came across as almost like bragging. It's a confusing situation for everyone that ordered from Amazon. Wish it was my clear for everyone.

Well people are rightfully upset about the situation and not having the info that they want and need. His clearly said launch so it just came across as almost bragging. He then stated it was not his intentions so it's no problem. This is just bad on Amazon's part not making info more clear.

I really don't see there being the issue with Console Availability that the 360 and Wii fell victim too. You can tell that both Sony and MS are being much more diligent about keeping up with Pre-Order rates. It also appears that Amazon, Gamestop and etc. are staying pretty vigilant in making Pre-Order Rates Information available. Do I think everybody will get their Console on the release date? No. But I wouldn't be surprised if everyone that Pre-Ordered in the last 24 hours does.

How do you find out when your Plus membership is about to expire. I'm positive I signed up last summer but don't remember when exactly.

Just go to Account Management from the XMB, then Transaction Management, then Services list. Scroll down until you find Playstation Plus, and then either of the two choices there should tell you when your subscription expires.

I think it's automatic renewal though unless you cancel it - at least mine is.
