So earlier today I changed the address for my ps3 launch edition on amazon. It has not been shipped yet so the site allows you to do it. Well around 8 I receive an email saying my order was canceled. Come to find out any changes to a pre order gets it automatically canceled. Now I have no way to get back my pre order without getting put on the waiting list.

I chatted and talked on the phone with them. The best they said they could do is give me a promotional certificate. Im so hot I told them they could keep it any any other thing they offered. I just want my damn pre order back.

Wow because I changed mine about a week ago and that didnt happen to me.

Discount. He had a number of different bundles that he is trying to flip for 700.

Depending on when you have to let him know, I'd call a few places first before making a choice. What size city do you live in and what retail outlets do you have access to? Besides game and system, what else did that bundle come with?

I changed my payment method last week without any problems. (As I go to Amazon to make sure my order is still there)

Got my email from Amazon with a promotional code for buy one get one free deal. Purchased Madden 25 and AC Black Flag basically for free since I had a $65 gift card on my account already from someone. So now I will have NBA 2K14 Killzone Assassins Creed and Madden 25 at launch can't wait!

Just got off the phone again. I still have not got a legit answer as to why my order was canceled.

What she did tell me, after being on hold for about 30 min while she talked to he supervisor, was that her supervisor will get in touch with the distributor and do their best to get me a pre order back.

I then asked what are the chances I can get it back or do I need to take my 700 elsewhere. She then said more-so I will get one back. I just have to wait 24-48 hrs for them to call me back.

So for you guys thats good at this, I know I can get more then a $15 dollar certificate. I need something to forget my troubles they been putting me through. Free shipping maybe?

I'm just confused as to why it happened to you. I am not a big-time Amazon user, I am far from an expert on this kind of stuff. It seems weird to me. Is this some anti-Ebay protocol or something?
