How long is the warranty that comes with the PS4? I guess I could get one from Gamestop when I pick it up, but I don't even trust them to have any in stock should something happen to my system. I think I'll just do without and pay for any repairs from Sony should I need it. I went through a lot of 360's, but I feel more comfortable with taking my chances with this console.

Why bother Squaretrade gives you 30 days to put down $55 for 3 years coverage, accidental at that. That's a deal!

I have Killzone and AC4 delivery date the 14th.


Madden WAS December 30th....now it says December 27th lol. It's crazy for sure.

Don't risk it dude. Put down the 55 and have comfort knowing that if your console craps on you, you get a full refund to buy a new one vs getting a refurb from sony and the hassle of having to wait a period, probably a month turn out. 10 days to reach there, and another ten days to allow sony to work on it, then a few days of sony saying they can't fix yours, but can send you a refurb and finally another 10 days to have your [refurb]console shipped back instead of the one you wanted to repair.

What squaretrade does is if the console is completly dead and not worth repairing, you get the money you paid for the console Via paypal, check or giftcard(an amazon giftcard enables 5% more back than what you paid for). That's alot better than paying 150 out of pocket and having to wait. That's insult to injury.

Yes. The square trade sold on amazon states it must be from amazon otherwise you have to get it from their website.

It's $55 if you got it from Amazon. It's $53 for 3 years regular warranty and $79 for accidental. They warranty no matter where you buy as long as 30 days has not past.

it does not, as long you are able to show the receipt. So have the receipt scanned or forward the receipt page to whereever they instruct you to.

If you didn't, go to square trade website and purchase from there. $20 more but still worth it IMO

Why? IMO it's the superior system and is cheaper. Also PSN+ is great and I'm more in their exclusives.

Cool. I remember us always talking how we wish the PS3 had this feature and that feature that the 360 had and now we are getting a more complete package from Sony. Friday is gonna be cool and the wait for the UPS truck is gonna be crazy considering I'll be at work and hoping that nothing goes wrong.

ah, **** good eye. Even though by being on their site, there have been handful of times they have given me 30% discount coupons. Like I posted in the XBO thread.

Anyone else getting crazy estimated shipping dates for their purchases from the B2G1 deal(AMAZON)?

I got mine pretty close to when they started and only Madden was sold out(temporarily out of stock) at the time of my purchase. My NBA 2k14 is saying all the way until January, Kill Zone was the same and NFS Rivals.

Fifa and Madden(Surprisingly despite it being out of stock for me) have pretty close shipping dates to release.

Only took 3 Targets but finally found one that was selling 2k. I'll probably get BF4 eventually but I had to get COD as that's all my buddy plays.

Yeah, make sure you buy it from the actual site, sign up for an account and see if you can get a 30% coupon since you did not get it from amazon. You have 30 days. As you can see from my screenshot, ST emailed me three times in less than a month with such an offer. So you might have to play the waiting game if your coupon doesn't come, but when it does, pounce on it.
