What a glorious time. Been so long since the last console launch. Anybody play any online games? Any lag problems?

The PS4 is just so clean & simple, so damn easy to connect everything and set it up.

HDMI connected to my 55" like a champ, no problems at all.

Power cord is simple enough, love not having a monster brick any longer after years dealing with the 360's massive one.

Update to 1.50 (I think) was smooth as butter and downloaded in about a minute tops.

Added the PS Plus 30 day free to my account with no problems.

Added the free $10 to my account with no problems as well (up to $24 now woo hoo!).

Now I'm just deciding on what free games to DL, Warframe, Blacklight Retribution, DCUO (for sure because I have two maxed out characters).

25% so far on the 2K14 install...

Love this damn PS4, sent out a few friend request by looking at all the OSers I already had on my list from PS3 and looking at their friends lists (some of you have this set to private! Grrrr!).

Is it worth it to download Warframe and Blacklight Retribution?

Is Netflix already on here? (on my PS4 now but I'm not sure lol)

I have a blazing fast internet so the file size in not a problem.

Both of those games are free so why not?

Netflix is there. I downloaded the Amazon instant video( I have prime). also I added you Bolt. is your son having his own account too?

Early news articles (maybe as of six weeks ago or so) said that Remote Play will be available on PS4 but not until January 2014. Despite me hearing about titles having this capability, seeing it in action while being advertised, and downloading the Vita patch, I figured it was just all hype for the new year.

Nevertheless, I'll stick to my word and wait on this bad boy. I can wait for "current-gen," because right now RP is the most enticing thing about it for me. I still have plenty of games to play from "last-gen."

Meanwhile, I love reading these impressions! It's like Christmas only with the magic of it from back in my childhood days.

Yea he sure is, I think he's setting his up later today after work. he can always look at my friends list after he gets home.

Yea I guess I'll DL all of them and try them out to see what I like.

For those of you that had to restart your system during the install, how did you go about that? Just want to check incase I need to do the same if PSN is still having issues.

That moment you're standing in the UPS facility and the guy is taking a little too long to come back with your package and u start to panic internally and gradually annoyed all at the same time.... Yeah that was my life 10 minutes ago LOL But I got it. I'm officially in the club gentlemen

I have all that I have and setup the PS4 lastnight but still haven't played a lick, that happens tonight, couldn't with my kids and annoying girl bitching..

I didn't have to do this but the guys that I've seen that did, did it by PS button / shut down or reboot, whatever it's called.

I will know if I have a problem almost instantly. My UPS hub lays all hold for pick ups that were delivered to the hub that day on carts right in front. I've been there so much that the guys lets me go look for my own package.
