So Gamestop is no longer giving $40 for NBA 2K? I just called and the guy told me I'd have to bring it in. I would but you can barely see an 8th of a mile here right now its snowing so hard.

No kidding. I've had them quote me prices on the phone before. Its not I have 11 games and 2 systems for him to price.

Might call back in a bit and just ask for the manager. If its him I'll just ask him really nice I guess lol.

Looking at older posts about it on other sites, the $40 promotion was for select games and ended the 22nd.

Best Buy still have their 100% trade in bonus going on. As of now you will get $34 for it. Guess too many people trading the game in, it was worth $40 when I checked Tuesday.

I asked this in the NHL thread, but I'll go ahead and ask this here:

I only have the PS4 and I missed out on NHL '14. Will I be able to purchase NHL '14 through the Gaikai service when it becomes available?

I still have a few PS3 games to finish up, so I'm not completely relying on PS4. But 2K has been a mess ... custom rosters are brutal, and the lack of real draft classes really turned me off. Madden's graphics are marginal for a next gen console, which really leaves me with AC4 which I'll be happy to get into once I finish my laundry list of last gen games.


All in all, a somewhat boring start for PS4 until the Show, Watch Dogs and Metal Gear arrive. Even still, contemplating the Show without custom walkup music ... why must we regress to go forward in this generation of technological advancement?!

Yea sorry I didn't clarify. I was able to trade in Killzone & NBA 2K14 for $40/each which is sweet because I did the B2G1 deal.

I think I just lucked out and went at the right time

I don't see them adding games that are that were recently released or older annual sports releases to the Gaikai service.

NHL games still being made? If so NHL 15 will probably be out or on the horizon by the time Gaikai gets here.

I traded killzone in awhile back too and got $40 for it, I refuse to trade nba 2k14 in though
