I couldn't access the store, and when I went to my friends list it said that psn was doing maintenance.

I can log onto my PSN on my Vita, and I can connect to my PS4 via remote play (it also shows me logged in on PS4 on my Vita screen).

EDIT: Can't get on the PSN Store though.

Disable your internet connection. But if you have games with downloaded add-ons, the add-ons won't be available.

Ex. I can play Black Flag, but not Freedom Cry.
