Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I used this one http://www.amazon.com/Seagate-Backup.../dp/B00FRHTTJE
It was a fairly easy process. Just remove the drive from the casing and then switch it out. The part that may be tricky is making sure you download the correct system software for the ps4, but it's not very difficult at all.
I really, really hope this as seamless a process as you guys say. Downloading the 3 or 4 digital games I have will suck but I have good internet and can do it overnight while its in rest mode. Thank to all you guys for posting everything about upgrading the hard drives and which ones you chose and why.PSN:LeftCoastGamer

Strange. I got this prompt a few minutes ago, but everything is working fine again. All I did was turn my system on.Comment

I am not sure when it changed but I noticed it a couple days ago and thought it was a pretty cool little feature.PSN:LeftCoastGamer

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I downloaded Never Alone yesterday for $10.50 thanks to the Anniversary Sale going on. They also have some PSone/PS2 classics marked way down. I downloaded Tomb Raider 2, Twisted Metal, and Twisted Metal 2 for 2.40 each to the PS3.

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
My LBP Vita physical copy crapped out on me (apparently keeping these games in your wallet is not a good idea), so I bought the digital version for $7.20.
Also bought GTA 3 and Vice City for $2.50 each. Knowing I can get them on PS3 is awesome. I wish more PS2 games had this kind of download availability for PS3 and PS4.Last edited by Blzer; 01-17-2015, 10:31 AM.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
anyone apart of the stress test for the evolve servers? ive been playing it just about all day and im pretty much am going to purchase this game. even though its 4v1 it seems pretty good. not only do you have to fight the monster but you also have the wildlife to fight against as well. i had one match against one player as the monster and we had him down to about 10% health and he ran on us, and he hid so damn well it took us a long time to find him and when we did, he was at stage 3 ready to take us out

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Just got off of the phone with Sony, and the only solution they're presenting for my problem with the SU-30696-4 error code is to send it in for $150. My warranty expired less than a month ago, so that's awesome too.
I've tried everything short of replacing the hard drive and nothing has worked. I even reset the PS4 to factory settings and updated with the USB and its still giving me the error. From what I understand, it's a corrupt system update file. That doesn't really make sense to me since I've reinstalled the update at least three different times, which leads me to believe that it's more than just a hard drive problem, so I'm hesitant to spend nearly $100 on a new hard drive and still have a problem.
Has anybody else had this or something similar happening? I mean, I can play games still, but can't do anything online and that sucks.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Tried taking the HDD out, hooking it up to a PC, and scanning it for errors? Might have to format it to get it recognized by the PC, but you can then run seatools or hddscan or whatever on it and see if it's an issue.Comment
