This seems to be the drive of choice for the 2TB option in the PS4:

I just installed an HGST 1TB 7200RPM in my PS4 (the stock one is an HGST 500GB 5400RPM). When that gets close to full, hopefully a 2TB solution will be out by HGST, if not, I will go with the Samsung/Seagate or maybe even a 4TB one if they release a 9.5mm, since the PS4 firmware fully supports 4TB+ since 3.xx I believe.

I am really hoping Sony gets on the ball, and allows external HD gaming support. It will be faster (just like the Xbox One) load times/stream performance through the USB3.0, since the both consoles are limited by SATAII internally.

Have any of you played Styxx? Don't really know much about it and I see it's on sale.

It was free on PS Plus last year. It's a little buggy, but not Bethesda-like, thankfully.



It's cool if you like stealth games, fantasy worlds and platforming.

How good of a chance do you all think that we may see a discount package like GCU down the line or the option to play a digital games 3-5 days earlier to persuade more people to go digital?

If it equaled GCU, I'd go digital.

I don't think either are likely. They need retailers to sell their hardware. Retailers wouldn't be happy about this. They'd have to throw something their way

I would as well, only if they also allowed external drive support for gaming. Come on Sony, get on the ball, hoping the next Firmware has this.

Is there anyway of changing your PSN user handle?

I thought I read somewhere a while back that Sony was contemplating this in a future update. Was curious if this was still on the horizon. Wouldn't mind changing my PSN name to match what I have on XBL.
