Having the same thing you're having with your LG, however I have a Vizio. The screen will go black for 2 or 3 seconds and then the display returns. Usually happens within the first 10-15 minutes.

Think I'll try and see if there is a fix.

Xbox one - Not a huge deal but when kept in instant on mode it constantly does not function properly and needs a hard reboot to do so.
      PS1 - No problems.
PS2 - Disc Read Errors on the original bulky console. Had to open it and clean the lens with a q-tip using alcohol. It was a six month or so fix until it had to be repeated. PS2 super slim had no problems.
PS3 Slim and Super Slim - No problems.
      PS4 - No problems

      Xbox - No problems.
Xbox 360 - No problems but the first console I purchased was with the Jasper chipset. Had no problems with the Xbox 360 Slim either.
Xbox One and Slim - No Problems.

Outside of the original PS2, I haven't had any problems with any of the consoles.

I'm enjoying it. No real complaints. HDR has looked good on PS4 Pro but looked great in Forza Horizon 3 on Xbox One Slim. The complaints about HDR with the PS4 Pro is definitely more due to the Pro than the TV. The TV itself is good, damn good especially for the price. Was thinking about upgrading next year for a few reasons but that was before I found out that the majority of HDR problems were because of the PS4 Pro and/or the way the developers are implementing it. Based on those on neogaf and avs forums, the TV itself isn't the problem whatsoever and better with HDR than the majority of sets available for the same price. From what I have read, only the Samsung KS8000 has better HDR for gaming and even then, it's pretty close.

On a related note, if you're buying a 4KTV and have PS4 Pro, make sure that if it's not this 4KTV, that the 4KTV you do buy has an HDMI 2.0 port because according to reports, it seems like the PS4 Pro has problems with displaying 4K if the HDMI port isn't 2.0.

Its just not a good day. I started felling kind of sick last night and today I am felling sick to my stomach. I can only eat a little bit with out making my stomach fell bad and I have a temp of like 101. I am suppose to go see star wars tomorrow night and work and I also may finally get into a low income apartment on Friday and now I am getting sick hu.

Ditto on the Pro being so much louder than the original. Sitting through the lobby in Modern Warfare Remastered makes it sound like it's going to catch fire.

Sounds like Sony needs to come out with a slim pro in a few years that makes less noise lol.

I need some help. I have 95 GBs free on my ps4. But the system won't let me update any games. The error says I need to free up some space to download updates.

                        100gigs isn't enough space? I don't get it.

Its a odd bug thing ps4 does. I had this issue to at one point in time when I was trying to download a update and it wouldn't even though the update was only like 2 gb and even though I had like 40 gb left. For some reason when you download patches the system acts like you need more space then you really should. For example when I was at like 40 gb and was trying to download the update the game that I was trying to download the update for was like a 30 gb game and you need double the space. So even though the game was already installed it would act like I need 60 gb to download a update for the game even though the update was only like 2gb or something. So after I deleted the game off the hard drive and then reinstalled the game I was then able to download the update. Its just a really strange issue that ps4 has. So I am not sure what game you are trying to update for but if the game is say a 55 gb game then you would need 110 gb to be able to update the game or something like that.

My launch PS4 died in less than a year. The warranty replacement I got is still going strong.

You need twice the space of whatever game is updating. So if you have a 50gb game with an update, you need 100gb of space. But a 20gb game only needs 40gb of space.

The way the way Sony rep explained it to me is every time there's an update, the system re-installs the full game and deletes the old version when the new version is fully installed. That doesn't make complete sense, but it's the explanation I got.

Edit: This is what I posted in June after talking with Sony: So I contacted Sony, because I was curious. The rep said when there's an update, the system uninstalls the game, downloads the update and then reinstalls everything. For whatever reason, it doesn't give you back the space while it's doing that, so you essentially need double the space of the game to install the update.
