I know my one TV won’t display the PS4 unless I’ve turned the PS4 on first and it’s running. Then I turn that TV on. It’s weird but if I turn the TV on first and it can’t get a signal right away the screen stays black.

That's called a handshake issue. Gets really tough when you also throw a receiver into the chain.

Ratchet and clank an bloodborne free in March.

If I DL ratchet and clank the digital version will override my disc version right? I’m excited to not have to swap my disc in haha.

This will be the last month they'll offer PS3 and VITA games as the PS+ freebies will solely be PS4 titles from now on.

Edit: Misread the dates. This is happening as of March 2019. So plenty of time left.

I’m finding that a proper rest
Mode on PS4 is more important to me than anything else and am thinking off selling my One S toward a Pro. Is it really that huge of an upgrade over my regular PS4?

I would just keep both consoles then. If you’re plan was to trade in the OneS and have just the Pro anyways. For me personally I’d work on a tv upgrade then trade in your OneS towards a OneX once you have a new tv. At that point I would consider upgrading from Og ps4 to Pro unless a PS5 was in the near future. I think you would be better off upgrading your tv next either way.

One S sold for 220. GameStop offering 150 for my OG PS4. With taxes I could get the white Pro for 57 bucks.

Personally I do think it is worth it even without a 4K/HDR.
(Plus I went from 500GB to 1 TB when I got mine lol)
I did grab a 4K with HDR soon after my Pro though.
