Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Me too. But I checked again today. It’s $39.99 for the standard and $59.99 for the deluxe now through the 27th. I went ahead and snagged the deluxe.
I bought a washer and dryer a couple of weeks ago as part of Best Buy’s early BF. Got a $50 reward card and another $50 in rewards. Cashed those in for $100 worth of PSN cards and snagged Spider-Man, Injustice 2 and Crash Bandicoot for free essentially.Last edited by LowerWolf; 11-20-2018, 03:11 PM.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I got the $15 code. Red Dead 2 and NHL (half price), I'd assume.
So, since this is just an addition to the wallet and not a discount thing, I assume it can be used for pre-orders? If so I'm definitely putting it towards either tales of vesperia or kingdom hearts 3 - both of which I'll be purchasing in the near future.
Edit: Oh, since September 4. That also includes Valkyria Chronicles 4 and Dragon Quest 11 then.

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I need help setting up a second PS4 in my house. I recently got a PS4 Pro and gave my PS4 original to my kids.
I setup child accounts for them with limited restrictions based on their age (spending limits, etc.) and activate their PS4 as my primary. Game updates download fine; however, they cannot access any of the PSN features (roster downloads in The Show, community content in GT Sport, etc.). What am I missing? Does each account require a PS Plus subscription? Do I need to create each of them a PSN account? If so, can I use my email address again or do I have to setup one's for them?
BTW, I setup all the accounts on the PS4, not through the website.
Any help is greatly appreciated.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I figured it out. They require a sign-in ID, but it has to be unique. On the plus side, Playstation considers emails different if they go to the same place. For example, [email protected] is different from [email protected] even though messages end up in the same place.
I don't trust my kids with full accounts yet lolComment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
piggyback follow-up: I just picked up a Pro a couple hours ago, now I'm looking for a 4k tv for it. This tv will be exclusively used onl for the PsPro, i.e. no satellite tv channels watched on it. The question is what type 4k tv's should I consider. I want at least a 50''.I need help setting up a second PS4 in my house. I recently got a PS4 Pro and gave my PS4 original to my kids.

And am I right in thinking the Pro doesn't play blu-ray movie discs?OSFM23 - Building Better Baseball - OSFM23

Depends on your budget. Think there is a TV thread somewhere.
You are correct about the movies. It doesn’t play UHD.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Also depends on what type of games you play. I assume its sports primarily since you're a member of this site, so I'd take a look at Sony's line because they tend to have the best motion processing (in the past). I have a 900E and absolutely love it.piggyback follow-up: I just picked up a Pro a couple hours ago, now I'm looking for a 4k tv for it.
