if you not planning on getting the pro and scorpio then that monitor is fine

if you are planning then yea you are missing out on hdr and higher rez screen that will enhance the graphics that those consoles will offer

Ordered a 27 inch 1440P GSYNC Acer Predator, should be here this afternoon. I hope to have the mount set up and have it ready to use for this weekend, very excited.

Yup, gonna hook it up through my 970 with DisplayPort and then HDMI my PS4 in. Then I'll probably upgrade my 970 when the 1080TI comes out and move it into my other computer. I love getting new parts, it's the best.

I'll say this FF, since the one above I'm looking to part with is similar to this one in some regards I should have good insight into the pros/cons.

                  Pros
                  1. Picture quality is great
                  2. Black/white levels are top notch
                  3. Color accuracy is fantastic (which is should be)
                  4. Plenty of inputs (2 HDMI's was a requirement for me)
                  5. Response time (5ms on mine) was never an issue.

                  Cons
                  1. I grew tired of the "control" button being hidden behind the monitor.
                  2. Lack of fully functioning tilt/pan is minor annoyance.
                  3. No way to mount on a versa monitor arm was a real pain in the ***

Side note, 1ms response time on a 60hz monitor is decent but I'd shoot for 144hz 1 -2ms response if you plan on using it to game. Its not a huge deal but will just future proof you slightly and not have you wishing you went ahead with one from the start.

                      ben q monitors
never had one or desired one, buddy of mine closed his lan center and gave me one for a great price. after playing a little with my xbone s, i can def say wow!, i have been missing out. regular xbone and ps4 are hooked up to 46 hd tv and this little 24 inch 1 response time has been great.
however, if I could get any monitor at a good price that has hdr and 4k to bring out the very best in the xbone s i would, but will probably wait on games and systems that are truly 4k

No prob man, Yup getting rid of it since I'm wanting to move back to a 24" monitor. Face to screen distance is slightly to close for my 27" in competitive shooter play. Edges of screen are more in my peripheral vision and I've realized I'm at a slight disadvantage when it comes to spotting if they are not near the center of screen.

I've come to this same conclusion sitting at a gaming desk. 24" is more in my wheelhouse when talking shooters.
