But Sony's Andrew House told IGN he was surprised that MS announced Scorpio more then a year away.

Yet Sony if you look at it might have been forced into showing their future games early because they had nothing much to say or show that is going to be sold in the coming months.

They showed games that you can bet will come after scorpio is released. And he is surprised?

I saw a separate article talking to a Sony guy about how Scorpio seems faster than Neo, and he spun it how games are about Narrative now (or something like that).

Kinda amuses me that the spec difference that matters so much now won't matter then?

I am sure tons of contradicting quotes can be dug up on both sides of the PR spectrum. And Gamingbolt is notorious for drumming up the 'warz' game, lol.

All sony fans and sony play up (not in OS) are that PS4 can do 1080p and xbox is a weak box and does 720p.

Sony for the first year and a half put 1080p on the back of the box for all games until they got caught lying about Kill Zone and now they never put it any more.

Sony always touted play this in Full 1080p on PS4 and blah blah blah.

The fans were fueled by Sony higher ups and with good cause as they dominated. Anyone who tells you that the big gap in sales has nothing to do with the power advantage Sony has right now is lying.

Is it the total reason? No but it certainly is the majority of the reason

The whole DRM nonsense was all removed before and is been almost 3 years and the gap grows.

When you talk to the average gamer they tell you that they picked Sony because they tend to have better looking version of the games which 90% are multi plat.

Nobody is going to take any credit from sony as they did what they had to and delivered a great console and made sure to throw pot shots at MS to twist the knife. More power to them as is business.

Now Andrew House downplays power and says is about games?

Sony from the jump has advertised the PS4 as a 1080p machine because that was the only advantage they had over the competition and it lead them to take a huge chunk of 360 fans. MS messed up badly and paid for it but for Sony to say otherwise today...COme on

Nope...As I stated I own both consoles and spend more time on my PS4

But when someone says it has always been about the games and Sony never stated otherwise I backed it up with facts. I was 100% on board with Sonys message as I love their console and how nice their games look. But if MS learned and decided to not get beat like that and Sony suite says is about games not power, it bugs me.

Specially when MS got lambasted for their message when it was announced in 2013

I really don't care, I don't have time for 2 systems and I'm fine with my One, not trying to justify anything....

I actually like GamingBolt. Don't always agree with their articles but their reviews are always within a point of what I would rate the same game so in that regard, I can't complain about them.

As for n4g.com, I have it bookmarked and go on that site all the time. It's just a complete listing for all the articles from all the websites in one place. Instead of me going to various websites, I use n4g and click on the headlines that I actually want to read or that seem interesting. Unless im missing something, I don't really see what's so bad about a site that lists every article in one place?

As for neogaf, I love the site and the fact that it's so busy with gamers and new topics are continuous but I'll be honest in saying that it's more like sonygaf because at least 70% if not more of the users there favor Sony.

I favor Sony but if they piss me off, I don't hold back.

I agree....to him it's not "Us vs. Them" it's "How can we be better"....

You may or may not agree with his strategies, but he does really seem to care.
