Me too. I like what I heard from scorpio. But I feel like since playstation is leading the market it has to be on par with it for developers to fully take advantage of the power. Either way I'll probably get both and maybe the xbox s. Then trade in my ps4 & xbox s when it's time.

Technically, im right. There's no new Crash game. Crash being in Skylanders means nothing as it's all owned by Activision. Crash being re-mastered is basically to see if it sells enough to develop a brand new Crash Bandicoot game.

Anyone and everyone who's been begging for Crash to return better pre-order the Crash collection as soon as it's available to pre-order because if those who wanted Crash don't put their money where their mouths are, then it will be safe to say that you'll never see Crash again after the collection. And yes, you can quote me on this.

I know I'm biased but Sony's first party games just kick a ridiculous amount of ***. So, so good. Can't wait for all the great stuff to come.

That's not true. Look at the R&C remaster. If they were going to develop a new one, they would have said it at the conference. Besides, the developer doing the remaster isn't some major top tier developer. It's basically to test the waters like the R&C remaster was. Besides, the major developer that I see working on a new Crash game would be Insomniac and since they just started work on Spider-Man, it's going to be a while.

I was most excited to see Battlefield 1 and Detroit.

I know that's a little uncommon, considering I once had a dog name Kratos Dog of War, but I absolutely love what Quantic Dream has brought to Sony consoles. Heavy Rain is still my #1 most under rated game when it comes up in discussion. I really only know people on the web who have played it. I also enjoyed Beyond Two Souls a lot.

I'm not worried at all about new tech or competing with microsoft. ****, we didn't even get a chance to unlock the full potential of the launch PS4 before worrying about upgrading. I'll upgrade for sure, but If someone told me it wasn't coming for several years I would be okay. I thought the conference was great from a gamer's perspective... straight and to the point with games.

R&C was a new game, though. At the very least it's more than just your basic remaster.

Sony had a great showing. Loved game after game after game.

BUT, my big complaint was the lack of release dates or even a little blurb explaining anything.

I agree, great observation

I was gonna write a "winners and losers of E3" post at some point and right now one of my losers is "Release Dates." Seems like we didn't get many at all

Which of the games were actual demos and which had just a stock trailer?

From what I could tell most of the games shown were actual demos. I'm hoping that means they're all within 2 years of coming out.

Detroit was mostly a trailer, but it kinda showed what would be going on. And the Kojima game and Last Guardian were trailers. Pretty sure the rest were gameplay.

Like FT said R&C wasn't a remaster. It was a new game. More of a reimagining as they said. Besides they released that with the movie.

You mean like Recore, Gears of War, Sea of Thieves, etc. that were shown last year, and did not have a release date at all?

You act like those games had new announcements, along with a date, lol. This was not the first E3 they showed them, so finally they have a date for them. Just as The Last Guardian, Horizon, and a couple of others were dated as well. Hell, where is this Crackdown that was hyped for 2 years at both E3's, Fable Leg... nvm, or Phantom Du... oh there is another one...

They both do this, lol.
