No clue. It was there last night and again this morning when I got up. That's over 7 hours of being up. Same with Best Buy.

Yeah, they had added more because I was up last night and these sold out. I was able to get a BBY pre-order in this morning once they got more pre-orders, but this launch lineup just doesn't look to good. Only two titles I'm interested in are Zelda and Tetris at launch. Mario Kart in April and then whenever Splatoon 2 releases in the summer. Figure we won't see Mario till late Fall.

The presentation last night was very hard to watch, they should of just done a direct. The pricing I think is quite off, $199-$249 would have been the sweet spot. I am still on the fence and will keep the pre-order to see how I feel in 6 weeks.

I can see the motion control games being a big hit at birthday parties and get-togethers. Having a young daughter I think that is something school friends, cousins, and her could have fun with. The inviting Nintendo art style should really appeal to them.

To be honest, though. Switch will probably stay stored in a closet somewhere between those occasions. the rare major Nintendo first party release, and if I want to take a nostalgia trip with an older Nintendo title.

Nintendo eventually bringing Wii U titles to Switch via digital download would be nice.

Zelda and Mario kart will keep me tide till more exclusives drop like xenoblade 2, Splatoon 2 and that new MARIO game.. I got a PS4 and Xbox one for my hardcore gaming needs..

Best Buy is now sold out .. leaving Target and GameStop only sites left With pre orders I believe .

There are actually only 4 launch titles in the US, but for some reason there's still some confusion on that as a bunch of titles are up for preorder with vague release dates.

Only the following are actually available 3/3 it seems.

• Zelda
• 1-2-Switch
• Just Dance
• Skylanders

Everything else is 'launch window' (which is apparently an entire year now?)

This post is the truth. Sad Nintendo has come to this. Pretty pathetic really.

I know its early but wow, very disappointed and hope this isn't Nintendos final ride as a hardware provider.

How did the Mario Kart 8 port not make it as a launch day title? I get they added a few new things, but still.

My guess would be they are putting it off to help fill the lack of games throughout the calendar year? I have a hard time believing the game is not ready to ship for March 3rd.

I cannot believe this 1-2 Switch game is not bundled in like Wii Sports was. I don't know how much that game is, but it doesn't look more than a $20 game. $300 for the Switch and the 1-2 Switch game would be easier to swallow. As it is now, for me there is only Zelda and then Mario at holiday time. I was happy to hear that it is a multi-touch touchscreen, that excites me, but I don't know if they'll use the touchscreen as a second screen the 3DS has which I think is perfect.

I was able to get a preorder for the neon from target this morning, but it didnt seem clear if i would get it release day or not. Just in case, i was able to get a preorder from best buy...though delivery was no longer an option, only store pickup (and not from my local store, but one 40 miles away.)

I really love the concept of this (and of course as a secondary/party/handheld console, definitely wont replace my xbox and ps4.) I can replace my 3ds with console quality games for the occasions i play on the go. When I get home I put it down until the next time I travel, but in this case if I am really into the game I can actually play on the tv.

But the biggest win, even though most seem to hate it, is having the wii remote-esq joycon controllers. Having 4 wii remotes and a wii u is still to this day the best local party multiplayer. I constantly search for similar types of games on xbox and ps, but outside of lowly rated indie games I can never find anything that matches a wario ware, mario kart, mario party, wii party, etc. But then to be able to put 2 of them together to make a normal controller without needing to have all different stuff is a win as well.

I just hope games continue to come out for it unlike wii u. Otherwise it will turn into that/3ds for me...play occasionally on the go and the occasional party, nothing otherwise.

Very happy that eventually i will get to play an actual sequel to the absolutely amazing Xenoblade chronicles that came out on Wii then 3DS...

Very happy that the next mario game will be in the style of Mario 64 and mario Sunshine.

Very happy that fifa will be available on a Nintendo platform again

Very happy that the release date is VERY soon March 3rd is like a month away if you count good ol' Tomba dog years!

Decisions, decisions.

I'm disappointed and tempted at the same time just for Zelda. Launch lineup sucks but I have PS4/Xbox One for all the other games. Switch would be exclusively for Nintendo games. Haven't played a Zelda game since Link to the Past. Very very tempted.

Thinking I'll pre-order it from Best Buy as it's still available and sitting in the shopping cart and if I change my mind, I can just return it on the same day I pick it up.

I think I may hold off until Mario Kart 8: Deluxe comes out in April provided there are any available then. If MK8 would have been available at launch it would be a no brainier to me even despite the crazy pricing of accessories.
