you really don't need to worry about burn-in on HDTV's. don't get plasmas and you'll be alright, unless you leave a still picture on for 24 hr's a day for 50 days straightComment

Projection HDTVs can still get burn in - I have slight burn in on the sides of mine from watching my TV in 4:3 mode(stupid me).
