Been a fan of his since musicforthemorningafter came out five years ago. Day I Forgot wasn't overly impressive, but the new CD is quite excellent.

Tuesday I picked up Justin Timberlake's album and The Office Box Set.

I downloaded John Mayer's newest stuff (after reading good things from so many different sites and from people who normally doesnt like his work) and Im really enjoying this album.

I never really checked for the guys work, anything else you guys recomend picking up from him?

Posted my initial impressions here.

Since then, I've listened to it about five times, and I keep liking it more and more. I'm going to have a hard time not dubbing it my favorite studio album of the year.

Same here, man. Easily. It boils down to Justin Timberlake, Nelly Furtado, and John Mayer for me.

Also...I'm glad I have an Xbox 360 now. So many good games finally coming out. I'm gonna get Marvel Ultimate Alliance and Tony Hawk Project 8 when I get home for Thanksgiving break.

Ive been listening to a lot of Chiodos, The Human Abstract (Metal, such a talented band thought), and Bayside lately. Anyone here a fan of any of those.

Picked up Boys Like Girls' self-titled CD the other day. Not bad at all, in my opinion.

Also downloaded, legally, New Found Glory's new CD, which was a nice surprise. The vocals sound a lot better than they used too, and the CD as a whole just seems a lot better than their music used to be...although still not up to par with some others.

I want to pcik up the new John Mayer, but keep forgetting.

Yeah, I've been a big fan of citizen cope ever since i heard him with santana back in the day, really like "son's gonna rise"

Pretty happy with Kearney's cd too. The only reason I got it was "nothing left to lose" but i've been pleasantly surprised with the cd as a whole.

I also recently picked up Blue October's "Foiled." I didn't care much at first for it as the lead singer has a different sound, but the more and more I listen, I really enjoy this album. Highly recommend it.
