Another one has got to be "Screamers" and "Hostage" with Bruce Willis.

I haven't seen Screamers, but I do think Hostage is a good movie that a lot of people didn't see. I also like the new Assault of Precinct 13 and Lords of Dogtown.

            I co-sign on Hostage.

Also want to add "The Recruit"(I think that's it) With Colin Farrel. Def. a good movie.

Also, the one with Tommy Lee Jones and Antonio Banderas was a very good movie as well.(The Hunted maybe?)

Another overlooked movie is Bebe's Kids...OK so it was an animated film but it was one of the more adult oriented ones i've seen. It's pretty damn funny.

I will second these, and add a few that I'm reasonably sure many haven't seen here...

The Player-Directed by Robert Altman it is a really well made movie. The opening scene is roughly 7 minutes long with no cuts...just one straight take that was done as an homage to Orson Welles' opening in Touch of Evil, another underrated Film. Tim Robbins is excellent in this movie.

The Hudsucker Proxy-Directed by the Coen Brothers, this film is largely overlooked, but IMO their best comedic work. Tim Robbins and Paul Newman star, with Jennifer Jason Leigh as well. If you haven't seen this film and like their other stuff I highly recommend it.

Swimming With Sharks-Stars Kevin Spacey and is a pretty dark film, but quite funny. Spacey is really good in this film.

Bob Roberts-Writer/director Tim Robbins (who is also the star) does a parody of American politics. Jack Black has one of his first roles in this film as well, and is nothing like the character he has become in later films.

Well, 3 of those star Tim Robbins, but I do consider much of his work overlooked so I guess there is good reason for that. Some of those might be difficult finds at your local video store, but IMO they are worth the search...Good Topic!
