Headshots Se7en. It's got about 30 songs on there, total. It's not really a CD released that way, rather a collection of his old and new stuff, plus its got some Dynospectrum on the bonus disc.

My favorite song on Godlovesugly was Modern Man's Hustle.

most atmosphere is good, you can't really go wrong.

as for doom, at first I though he sucked, but there's something about his music that makes it so I can't take it out of my rotation. though I have to be in a certain kind of mood to hear his style.

I think it's that he's pretty unpredictable, and most of the stuff he says is so out there, you'rejust waiting for him to say something else crazy.

True. Although I could do without Quasimoto, that's just not quite my style.

I know Mos Def isn't underground, but I didn't want to create another thread just to ask one question. Anyway, does anybody know if he's working on another album and if so, when will it be released?

If he makes another album like the New Danger, I sure as hell won't buy it. You can say what you want about it, but Mos needs to stick to what he does best instead of the garbage that was on his last CD, with the exception of a few tracks.

Don't have it and probably never will. I just have Black on Both Sides and love it, so it got me wondering if he would ever return to that greatness or at least come close.

                    Quasimoto is Madlib, not Doom.

My mistake. Also, Black on Both Sides is incredible, and given the New Danger, I don't expect his next work to be anything close to Black on Both Sides. Honestly, I wouldn't expect a full album form Mos anytime soon.

Additionally, I played the sh*t out of the power in numbers and quality cds, and as good as those 2 are, it's always refreshing to hear new material. Anyway, if anybody knows anything, let me know. Thanks.

I don't want to get my hopes up, but it's been 3 years since they released Power In Numbers so they've had time to put down some good stuff.

That song will probably end up being on the Doom+Ghostface album.
