I can't see it cause I'm at work but maybe somebody and describe the action.
I read about this earlier, the tape isn't very clear but apparently Saigon hit Prodigy and then ran cause there were so many of Mobb Deep's guys at the show.

      WOW.

      1. Sai basically sucker punched a dude that weighs like 70 lbs.
      2. Sai somehow ESCAPED the building with like 20 Mobb Deep people screaming "Mobb Deep, Mobb Deep" acting all tough. They had him backed into a corner or under a table and they just let him take off.
      3. Sai running was smart, but looked hilariously cowardly none the less.
      4. Sai blogging and bragging about how he "snuffed" P at his own show seems lame. P literally looks like a 12 year old. Then literally writing about how proud he was for running? LMAO.
      5. Mobb Deep members acting all tough on tape after Sai escaped in a get away car.. YOU HAD HIM TRAPPED YET YOU DID NOTHING
      6. All of em took L's on this one.

As damn well he should have said to save face. He fails to mention he came from behind or the side and straight sucker punched P. Either way both parties took L's. Pure comedy.

I'm not big into hip-hop but I've been listening to a local Seattle duo, Common Market. Pretty good stuff IMO.

                Here is their MySpace page:
Common Market's profile including the latest music, albums, songs, music videos and more updates.

And you can also listen to all their songs here:

If you like Common Market, you HAVE to check out Blue Scholars, especially Bayani. Same producer as CM, but the beats are tighter and the rapping by Geologic on point.

Gabriel Teodros has some decent work too. Seattle put itself out there the last 2 years collectively with these, altho you can say the same about producer Sabzi who is pretty much behind anything good in Seattle.

Bayani is def up for ALBUM OF THE YEAR tho so... yes, check that out ASAP.

Well I'm going to the Common show in early October in NYC and I know Q-Tip is going to be there. Not sure that means they're together, but it is evidence.

Wow that's awesome. I've yet to see Common live. But naw Q-Tip announced he and Common were forming a group at an NBA 2K8 launch party. Check out the Vetzballin thread in the 2K8 forum. There's a link to the story. The Common/Tip thing was a side note in the article.
