Re: fans of underground rap?
Cool Kids do not have an album out. They have released a bunch of songs and one music video, which I posted in my earlier post. You can find all their songs on MP3 if you look around the internet.
I discovered them at the Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago this past July. They are an extremely under recognized group, even with underground hip hop heads, that needs more exposure, which is why I posted in this thread. (I didn't see any other posts about them.)
Here is their MySpace page: http://www.myspace.com/gocoolkidsLast edited by The_Don; 09-30-2007, 06:39 PM.Comment

You can download it somewhere. I dl'ed it and it's gonna be the first song in my car tomorrow about as loud as it goes. My car might blow up that bass is ridiculous.
Trying to find "Black Mags", not easy.Comment

Re: fans of underground rap?
just 3 old albums... solid albums, but not particularly my cup of tea. Del the Funk is an acquired taste. I like his stuff, but not a whole lot of it. I don't really like KRS-One or Scott La Rock really (KRS-One is a great freestyler tho)... I don't like Slick Rick, in fact anyone who names their album "The Great Adventures of (insert name here)" is not something I'm really looking for.SAN ANTONIO SPURSComment
