His flow is unorthodox, some like it and some hate it. One of my favorite songs of all-time where he actually spits somewhat "normal'

Madvillain is a great cd, the kind that tells a whole story similar to Prince Paul.</EMBED>

I advise you all to check this out. It's an album by a producer from Ontario named EmAy, called A.D.D.. He takes old verses (some that are very old), and rehashes them over new beats that many times spur a new and different feeling than the rap artist previously intended... one example is my favorite song from the album...

"The Depths Of" feat. Notorious B.I.G.

The song features all of Biggie's rapping from "Hold Ya Head", with the exclusion of Bob Marley's hook. The example I'm trying to set here is that if you listen to the original version, Biggie's grit and gutter sound (that wasn't commercially popular thanks to P.Diddy) was brought forth by the beat laid down by Clinton Sparks. It gives off a creepy feel that goes with creepy suicidal lyrics.

EmAy's beat captures Biggie's lyrical darkness, but with a tone and sound that makes you feel remorse for his sad story. My explanation will certainly hold true when you listen yerself.

The rest of the tracks are pretty dope and include rehashed verses from T.I., C.L. Smooth, Skyzoo, A.Z., O.C., Ludacris, Cassidy, Young Jeezy, and MUCH MUCH (seriously) MUCH more.

I was feeling the song and I definitely agree with your explanation about the feelings and emotions that the song captures. I am definitely going to get my hands on the whole album and take a look.

On this link, (about the 6 miniute mark) Phonte said he wants his album at by August, but he is only two tracks in.

He also said MTV asked him to do "Made" but he turned it down.

            Check out this rumor...

Little Brother back together, working on new album with 9th and Hall of Justus signing to Def Jam?

Sounds like a 13 day old April Fools Joke to me.

K-Os's new album came out a couple days ago and it's been all I've listened to.

well my nightmare has happened. My hard drive stopped working and while the Apple store was kind enough to give me a new (and bigger) one for free, they were unable to retrieve any of my old files. Being the smart guy that I am, I didn't back up any of my music files so I lost around 10,000 songs and now I have nothing to listen to. This sucks.
