had no idea this thread even existed, lol. on that note, anyone heard "2nd Time Around" by Wale Feat. Brother Ali? Ali's verse is one of the sickest ****in things i've ever heard! I love the dude, so I might be a little biased, but still ish is raw!

One of the best songs of the year... Both artists did their thang on that track.

Wale is one of the most unimpressive good rappers that I've heard in a long time. I can easily admit that he can rap very well, but there has never been a time where I've been excited or felt the need to listen to any of his tunes more than once. He simply does not move me.

Cloud 9 is in constant rotation.

Really? I feel different about his style. I can almost play most of the tracks on The Mixtape About Nothing over and over. The Bmore Club Slam and The Freestyle are killer tracks for me

They not signed anymore...Ness is signed by bad boy but most of his stuff is underground, Album should FINALLY be out by 2010 tho

Mike Knox is with G unit philly but has no album out yet

3. Stat Quo (He kinda came out of nowhere lately, but he's killing everything)
4. Emilio Rojas (A cross between Talib Kweli's voice and Kenn Starr's flow... need i say more?)
