Yes,that's why I was informing you of that. You wouldn't know. I was acting as if he's entirely unreconizable.

I wonder how long it'll be before we see an iteration of the famous Hank Pym/Janet Van Dyne storyline where he basically slaps his wife silly. (it was a spousal abuse thing)

Honestly i'm not that well versed in the Ant Man history but it'll be interesting to see how well the Marvel Brand has been established as a movie franchise because the character concept isn't the greatest in the world.

19 covers for Uncanny Avengers........Really Marvel?!?

Although I admit some of the covers are really nice.

I think the Daily Bugle front page in the new Deadpool is my favorite comic thing ever now.

Marvel Comics, DC Comics, comics downloads, comic book movies, digital comics, free comics and more.

That is amazing. I might have to make some effort to get the actual physical book instead of just digital.

That sucks, my comic store just opened their 3rd location here. On a trip to Portland last week I stopped by a store there and picked up the TPBs of the Dark Angel saga... felt like I was cheating on my store even though I only buy 1-2 books/week at this point.

All New X-Men this week was kinda interesting, I thought there would be a lot more drama around bringing the old X-Men back, but really looks like it's going to just be for an arc, I wonder if they'll kill any or keep them in the canon universe.

I don't really want to switch to digital. Are there any good mail subs? At the very least I want to keep getting Batwoman and Batman monthly. I can wait in TPBs for most other things.

That sucks, when I used to get comic books at the store it was literally a good while away from here which is one of the reasons I switched to er "other means". I think this might help you in terms of subs though: Mail Order Comics apparently they've been around for 10 years.

I have no idea. There might still be one 30-40 minutes away, but I haven't been there in about 5 years.

Just read the Marvel releases for this week. I agree with you All-New X-Men was very interesting but I hope having the older iteration of the X-Men will be more than for just one arc. Fantastic Four had a really nice dynamic to it and it was nice to see Susan being a "gasp" mother in the classic sense. I like the tone i'm getting from this already compared to the at times, challenging to read Hickman run.

I also read X-Men Legacy and found it to be a really interesting issue and set up. I only wish the old guru guy survived the issue. I thought he was a fantastic character. David is a character with a lot going on literally and figuratively in his head.

Last but not least i'm still miffed at what's about to happen with Amazing Spider Man. "sigh"
