Mine is most definitely "The Opposite"

George decides that every instinct he ever had was wrong and decides to do the opposite.

My favorite scene is where he takes his date to the movies and 2 guys are making noise behind them.

"Shut your traps and stop kicking the seats! We're trying to watch the movie! And if I have to tell you again I'm gonna take you outside and show you what it's like! Do you understand me? Now shut your mouths or else I'll shut them for you and if you think I'm kidding, just try me! Try me! Because I would LOVE IT!"

The Summer of George comes to mind.

I love when Kramer is talking about Raquel Weltch
Kramer- Because they're terrified of her. I heard from someone that when they cut one of her lines, she climbed up the rope on side of the stage and started dropping
lights on peoples heads. Story like that has got to be true.

Like youvlass said, it's too hard to name a fave episode, there were just sooo many great moments in that show.
