Re: The Dark Knight Discussion
Any chance you can change the title of the thread to "Contains spoilers" instead of every single post having a spoiler box? It's very annoying to read. At this point, if you come into a 85 page The Dark Knight thread, you have to assume spoilers will be in it.Comment

Re: The Dark Knight Discussion
Maybe someone can help me with this ...
SpoilerAfter Joker tosses Rachel off the building and all that, what happens to Joker? Does he just leave the party?Comment

Re: The Dark Knight Discussion
I agree. At this point, if you havent seen the movie, dont read a message board about it.Comment

Re: The Dark Knight Discussion
SpoilerI had mentioned this earlier in the thread, but some of the editing decisions made by Nolan and company were a bit questionable...
I was an extra in that scene though, and the funny thing was while filming it they never explained it while I was on set...the last thing we filmed was Batman jumping through the window and no shots of the Joker leaving the scene of the crime.
To be honest we were cutting it close on that last day of filming so I think they ran out of time to film some sort of escape.Comment

Re: The Dark Knight Discussion
Hey guys, just wanted to show off my little Photoshop job of myself in a TDK poster. Well, I think it looks cool:
I purposefully did some things to like my eye and crediting myself instead of Heath Ledger, unfortunately. But took a good half hour to do.Last edited by Blzer; 07-22-2008, 09:44 PM.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Re: The Dark Knight Discussion
You really love looking at yourself. First the videos of your swing, now this.Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment

Felt strange to me, because Joker went there to find Dent, right? Then he throws Rachel out of the window, Batman goes to get her, and we just assume the Joker walks out without doing anything else? Just seems weird.Comment

Re: The Dark Knight Discussion
SpoilerYou know what, now that I think about it, as the Joker threw Rachel out the window he b-lined to the exit of the party...for some reason they didnt really film it. Strange decision none the less.Comment

Re: The Dark Knight Discussion
SpoilerIt makes sense to me. I don't feel like we needed to see him leave in that scene. The arrival of Bats totally messed up his plans and he didn't want to risk getting caught without having taken care of Harvey. His new awareness of what he perceives(correctly) to be Batman's fondness for Rachel probably send him scurrying off to put the dual abduction scheme in play. Showing a scene of him running out, would have been anticlimactic especially after the save scene.Jordan Mychal Lemos
