This may just be an early make-up test with Heath, but this is Heath as Joker to some degree. WB hasn't confirmed it as of this post, so it may not be legit.

When is Batman 2 scheduled for release next summer or next fall?

July 18, 2008 and the title of the film is "The Dark Knight." It's titled that for a reason

I'm assuming this it the "IT" that Jett is talking about on BoF?

My only complaint...The hair needs to be greener. I'm hoping this is just a very early concept and they make his hair a lot more greener. Other then that, i'm starting to warm up to this look.

I agree. If they brighten the hair a little more, it'll be a very nice look.

It's fake according to WB. This is NOT what Joker will look like in TDK. Damn good fake though.

There is somewhat of a spoiler on today's news about a scene being filmed in Chicago.

And here's an update about The Joker's look.

I was just watching them film a action scene from the movie at the old abandoned post office building downtown today. I caught it just as the cameras started to roll. The scene involved a school bus and I believe it was sopposed to crash into something cause it was proped up on some type of stage. As they started to call action, the building, somewhere on the top floor caught on fire. They had to evacuate the scene, the building and move all of their equipment out the way. The fire department came in deep. It was about 15 fire trucks but the blaze was pretty small if you ask me. It was crazy because the entire scene of fire trucks and paramedics looked more like a movie than what they were filming.

On another note, I'm mad because when I walked up to where they were shooting, some lady who was with the crew flatout lied to me and told me they were filiming some movie called Kisses with Roses or some ish. I asked who was in it and she told me she did'nt know, etc. I'm thinking why in the hell would there be an action scene of that magnitude in a movie called kisses with roses. WTF? Anyway, I rememberd that the news said they were filming Batman in chicago a few days ago so I put 2 and 2 together. That bitch though!

"Ledger's clown mask looked -- at least from a distance -- more like a 'skull' than that of a clown. However, it did seem to have a tiny tuft of hair at the top and the mouth may have been a smile. Regardless, it didn't seem in any way to appear 'cartoony.'

As to his wardrobe, he appeared to be wearing what could be described as a dark workman's jacket and work pants. Nothing at all flashy.

By no means do I have any knowledge of the process of film making, but I just don't understand as to why Nolan would have Ledger do those scenes wearing the clown mask. I would guess that he'd have his stand-in do all that stuff I described earlier and then bring in Ledger for 'The Joker reveal.' But, what the hell do I know? I'm also surprised that Nolan does all the 2nd Unit stuff too."

You know what, when the fire was going on and everybody stood on the other side of the street watching, I saw this mofo and wasn't even paying much attention. He obviously didn't have a mask on but I was swearing up and down tto myself that he looked familiar. He had on a black, long trench type coat with a hood covering most of his face. He actually looked more bummy so I did'nt assume it was anyone special but everywhere he walked, he had 2 assistants with ear pieces and a bunch of utility belts following him around.
