Re: Sirius Satellite Radio
The Mopar tuner leaves a lot to be desired...at times it sounds good, but there are times it sounds like crap, depending on the station you are listening to. It is much quieter than the regular radio or a cd. I have both the Mopar factory and an aftermarket tuner in different cars, and the aftermarket sounds a whole lot better. Even an FM modulated PnP sounds better than the direct connection of the Mopar unit. The Mopar tuner should never be used to demo Sirius...at times, it definitely makes the sound quality inferior to anything else, including terrestrial radio.I've had to borrow my mom's Calibre to commute to work with because my car needs some work done. She has Sirius in her car and I think it sucks. I don't know why anyone would pay for it (its free for the first year for her) when it cuts out from time to time as if it were an AM station.XBL & PSN: zasbury25Comment

Re: Sirius Satellite Radio
I have mine in my car and the only time it goes out is when I go under a bunch of trees which happens once a day or so. I also bring it in and have no signal loss in any room in the house and the FM Transmitter picks up the signal with no fade or anything.Comment

Re: Sirius Satellite Radio
There's nothing wrong with it mechanically as everyone I've talked to that has it has said the same thing. Either Sirius is lackluster in my area or just in general.Comment
