I'm glad that NBC is giving a really good show a chance. This show has been picking up steam with each episode since the first. There are a lot of non football things going on. I think the title and it's connection to the Movie is what is keeping some viewers away. (which I guess I understand) It has show some marked improvments. I am curious though with 2 losses the team is pretty much gonna have to run the table in order to keep Coach Taylor's job for a hopeful season 2.

I thought they only had 1 loss?

I believe they had to forfeit their last win because Voodoo was deemed ineligible. I am not sure if they have found out if they are eligible to play in the playoffs or not yet.

That's right. They announced that the victory stood, but then Voodoo came out and screwed them, though I'm not sure if anything was made official after that.

They didn't show the official ruling, but last week they mentioned that Voodoo is going back to his Louisiana team and that he went to the reporters saying he's only been with Dillon for 2 weeks. Thus a forfeit.

Then tonights episode, they had a small mentioning that Dillon had a forfeit because of the Tatum ruling. They didn't show any sort of report that it was official, but I think it was a radio broadcast saying they forfeited.

I think they didn't want to focus too much on Voodoo, but as the team in general, hence the reason why they didn't make a big fuss about the forfeit.

What I don't get is that its suppose to be homecoming, yet it seemed like everyone and their mothers was at that party... I guess they had homecoming on Saturday, but I could of sworn that Tyra's sister said that people will be at the dance, instead of the party.. Did I miss something?

I've seen a few of your posts in this thread talking about your overall lack of enjoyment of the episodes, yet you still watch.

Keep it up though, we need people like you to keep watching so the show won't get cancelled!

I didn't care as much for this episode unlike the previous ones, but it's still better than anything else on TV.

Anyone know how it did in the ratings this week? Also, it's not on next Tuesday. We have to wait 2 weeks.

ratings have nosedived since the Monday night special. 3.5 last week and this week too.
