Good deal. What are you going to teach? I teach High School; teaching is a good life, don't let the "complainers" get to ya when you get there.

The Bible is overrated. I put it on a lower tier, among the ranks of Once Upon a Potty and Clifford, the Big Red Dog.

I recently ordered The Numbers Game: Baseball's Lifelong Fascination with Statistics. I am not a huge statistical guy, but the book seemed interesting and with baseball season approaching, I'm looking forward to at least checking it out.

                Re: What are you reading?

I will say one thing about the Bible. You guys that have troubles in your life and ask for prayer. Who do you think they pray too. People on here love to trash on God, but yet when they/you need prayer you guys make a thread. what ever! I am not trying to start anything I just think that is wrong. Any ways I read a great book today. Call A Lesson before dying.

Nah, I never correct anyone's grammar...Mine's too poor LOL. Grading papers is the "bad" end of the deal, but don't let anyone tell you that teaching is a bad gig. It's the best decision I could've made for a career.

I read The Screwtape Letters in college. That was the first C.S. Lewis book I read. He's a great writer/thinker.
