Obviously not one of the best in history but I still love this:

I don't know how to do all the picture & video posting, but this whole story, not just this game, has to be at the top of any list submitted by an American....

Me being a soccer nut and a rabid Arsenal supporter, I'm going with...

                        <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/qOwQCpNc-pw"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/qOwQCpNc-pw" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>

Arsenal had led the title race in the old First Division for the entire year pretty much, Liverpool came charging back though and were going to win the title on a goal difference of one. Arsenal needed one more goal to win the title and they nicked it with what was literally almost the last kick of the ball. You have to remember that this was just months after the Hillsborough Disaster and every neutral fan was pulling for Liverpool to win the title.

The most sensational, heart pounding climax to a title race ever in England IMO. Again, you have to be a pretty hardcore soccer fan to understand and get the meaning of this...just was nuts.

A relatively meaningless, in hindsight, but highly entertaining regular season game from 2002: Lakers vs. Celtics in Los Angeles. Lakers went on to win the NBA championship that season; the Celtics made it to the Conference finals, so both teams were pretty good.

A lot of goofy things in this video:
                            - Joe Forte running onto the court like a little girl after Walker hits the shot
                            - Kobe Bryant screaming "That's bull$hit!!!!" to the referees
                            - the general excitement and enthusiasm surrounding the Celtics
                            - all the goofy dances and poses the Celtics were doing
                            - some dude on the Celtics coaching staff yelping like a little girl after PBP man Mike Gorman announces "Celtics win!"

I actually missed this game when it played out; I recall marking out when I heard they beat the Lakers though..
