This is the first Apple product that I've purchased (this is my third Apple product in all) that I've ever had trouble with.
I had heard that their customer support was excellent but never had any experience with them. After speaking with one of the reps today on the phone regarding my headphone jack problem, I'm now hell bent on making sure the next computer I buy is an Apple.
The tech on the phone was awesome, personable, did everything he could to help, and suggested since I'm still under the thirty day warranty window, just bring it back to AT&T and exchange it for a new unit.
