Re: iPhone Discussion Thread
I get mine every 18 months. Not sure why. Call *639# on att and it will send you a text on when your next upgrade is.Comment

Re: iPhone Discussion Thread
That sounds about right. I am part of a FAN (discount through work) and have been a customer for 8 years now so maybe that's why but ALL my lines are upgradable at 18 months. If it comes out in mid November I'll be the luckiest person ever with iPhone upgrades. Didn't upgrade from 3g to 3gs but then to the 4 on release, and then the 5 on release..

Re: iPhone Discussion Thread
See, I'm wondering if I should just get the 4 instead of waiting. I know that you guys are saying that it is pushed back but the pattern seems to be inconsistent. I don't know. I'm in withdrawal because I can get that upgrade. I'd be pissed if it does come out during the summer though and I can't upgrade. Decisions.......

I'm sure apple will allow people to upgrade early for a discounted price.See, I'm wondering if I should just get the 4 instead of waiting. Re: iPhone Discussion Thread
I am not too sure if there is something wrong with my battery on the 3GS or something running in the background. The last few days my battery has been draining like crazy. Good example, this morning when I left the house I was at 100% battery life. The only things I did was make a phone call this morning for 2 minutes, listened to an audio cast for 45 minutes, and opened up a few apps to check on news, etc. When I got to work, I was at 75%. While I was at work, in a 2 hour time span, I've listened to 2 albums and had looked an app or two for 5 minutes......my battery is down to 50%. I started listening to an album at 55% and halfway through the album I am already at 49%. Does this sound about right to everyone?
I have all push notifications turned off since I bought the phone. In the settings, I do not have anything running or always checking for updates.
I bought the phone last April, it was towards the end of the month so its been almost 1 year.
I have also been considering getting an external Mofie battery cover, I hear those work well. Any thoughts or help would be great?Last edited by CaptainZombie; 03-31-2011, 11:12 AM.Comment
