for me at least, id rather listen than watch all the games.. i get more into a radio broadcast than i do watching it on tv for some reason!! i just hate to spend 15 bucks on it, but as usual, i will cave!!

I am not too sure if there is something wrong with my battery on the 3GS or something running in the background. The last few days my battery has been draining like crazy. Good example, this morning when I left the house I was at 100% battery life. The only things I did was make a phone call this morning for 2 minutes, listened to an audio cast for 45 minutes, and opened up a few apps to check on news, etc. When I got to work, I was at 75%. While I was at work, in a 2 hour time span, I've listened to 2 albums and had looked an app or two for 5 minutes......my battery is down to 50%. I started listening to an album at 55% and halfway through the album I am already at 49%. Does this sound about right to everyone?

I have all push notifications turned off since I bought the phone. In the settings, I do not have anything running or always checking for updates.

I bought the phone last April, it was towards the end of the month so its been almost 1 year.

I have also been considering getting an external Mofie battery cover, I hear those work well. Any thoughts or help would be great?

The audio cast were you streaming it?

If iOS5 and new iPhone 5 are delayed til September it'd be magic. I'm due for an early upgrade 9/11/2011. (irony with the date, RIP to those.)

iOS 4.3.1 now has a jailbreak.

Yea, I found a cracked version of it but I think it was a theme that ended up crashing my springboard, guess I'll have to use safe mode until the unlock for 4.3.1 is updated.

Seems stable to me, I haven't had any issues.

The only issue I've had so far is that sometimes the silent switch vibrates when it shouldn't.

I had that happen before and I just went into cydia while in safe mode and uninstalled the stuff causing the problem.

I was having mine drain quickly on my 4, a lot more than it was. Then I let it drain completely before bed and did a full recharge. That seemed to "reset" the battery and it's back to normal. Try that before doing anything else.
