Re: iPhone Discussion Thread
I don't use iTunes. But now I get I have to DL It on the computer first. That does make sense. Though I have been having some problems DL iTunes on my laptop last night, so I am going to try it tonight.Comment

Re: iPhone Discussion Thread
I never had to do that. What you mean. I just bought it AT&T and it has always worked. Maybe they did something, but my phone works and so does my wife. Can you explain what you mean though Scott?Comment

Re: iPhone Discussion Thread
Wy wife's had to be acitvated through itunes as well, but only to dl anything from the store. Not to use it. ScottD have you ever DL'ed an app or song before? My guess is no, which would explain why you've never had an itunes account.Originally posted by Anthony BourdainThe celebrity chef culture is a remarkable and admittedly annoying phenomenon. Re: iPhone Discussion Thread
Oh OK I have an iTunes account. But it was old and it was on my old computer. Totally forgot about that. Sorry. I use it to buy apps. Can't I just go to iTunes and sign in and get the update that way or do I need to DL iTunes to my laptop?Comment

Re: iPhone Discussion Thread
Well, that solves the mystery.
I'm prett sure you can do it w/o the PC. In fact according to my wife, she'll "never have to use the computer ever again!"She's just rubbing it in now....
